What has historically been harder to find is the kind of flexible studio infrastructure that allows a production to base an entire project here. Colorado Creative Studios is being developed to help fill that gap.

Flexible, production-ready stages modeled on the traditional soundstage environment, designed to support feature films, episodic production, commercials, major set builds, and evolving production technologies. The stages are adapted for modern virtual production workflows, with the infrastructure and flexibility to support LED volume installations, stage-tracking systems, and other production-specific technology buildouts.
The surrounding lots can also accommodate motor homes, production trailers, basecamp, crew parking, equipment vehicles, and other essential support resources directly on-site, allowing productions to operate from a centralized working environment rather than scattering departments across multiple locations.

Classic Restaurant
A flexible standing diner environment for narrative, commercial, music video, branded, contemporary, and period production. Designed to be re-dressed and transformed across genres and eras.
Adaptable Medical Set
A standing medical environment capable of supporting hospital, clinic, examination, procedural, and institutional scenes without the logistical challenges of securing an active medical location.
Practical Residential Sets
Multiple scalable residential and room sets designed for quick turnarounds. Avoid the permit and logistical nightmare of shooting in real neighborhoods by utilizing controlled, easily re-dressable practical sets directly on the lot.
Production Craft Lives On-Site
At the heart of the lot is The Bunker, an active community of artisans, craftspeople, designers, and production specialists working directly on-site.
The Bunker gives productions immediate access to many of the practical and creative resources normally scattered across multiple vendors and locations. A production can move from design to fabrication to stage without leaving the lot. That proximity creates faster communication, easier collaboration, and a more integrated production workflow.

Private Water Feature
A controlled private water environment and surrounding exterior landscape available for waterfront scenes, atmospheric photography, commercials, period work, night exteriors, and specialty production. This gives productions another location without moving the company off the lot.
Future Modular Backlot
Future lot plans include a flexible exterior street system designed to transform across periods and genres. Rather than building one permanent town, the backlot is envisioned as a production tool capable of becoming contemporary streets, small-town America, historic districts, mid-century environments, Western streets, frontier communities, and dystopian settings.
